Yang to Yin Wellness Event

Body and Soul Tribe are teaming with Emma Dabell Yoga to host a wellness event at Dulwich Leisure Centre on Saturday, 20 July, 3-6m at Dulwich Leisure Centre, East Dulwich, for a Yang to Yin yoga retreat. 

This half day retreat provides the perfect opportunity to explore the balance between strength (yang) and softness (yin). 

What does the half day retreat include?

During the retreat you will be guided through a dynamic vinyasa flow practice, a pranayama session to energise and strengthen your body; a yin yoga practice to increase flexibility in both the muscles and fascia, while ending with a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra. It has been said that 20 minutes of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to one hour of deep sleep.This is a perfect way to end the retreat, leaving you refreshed and rejuvenated for the week ahead.

Meet your guides:

Tara, founder of Body & Soul Tribe, and Emma from Emma Dabell Yoga, are experienced, kind and compassionate teachers who provide a safe, supportive and nurturing environment to practise in. Tara specialises in vinyasa flow and pranayama, and Emma in slow flow, restorative yoga and meditation. 

Who should attend? 

This workshop is suitable for all levels whether you are a complete beginner or experienced yogi. Modifications and variations will be offered to cater for all levels.
